I want to upgrade my PC. Right now I have an AMD XP 2700+, ATI 9600XT AIW, 250gb HD, Sony DVD burner, Asus mobo, 512mb Patriot RAM PC3200 all in an Anted SOHO case w/ 400w PSU. I would like to spend around $400 max $450 on a processor and mobo and then use the other parts I already have. I would like to get a 939 pin AMD 64 and I am not sure about what mobo to get. Any suggestion what mobo and processor do you guy think would be best. Thanks, Ety

are u going to overclock, or run stock speed and stock cooling?

I am going to upgrade stock cooling and if my temps are good I might try a little OCing but I rather have good stock preformance then OCableity.

well.......get a amd athlon64 that are 90nm.....3000+ or a 3200+, they oc great

and then get some good cooling

That the speed I was looking at.

I think the ATI board is only going to be PCI express and I want to use my current card.
