The GT440 is 96 "cores" where the GTS450 is 192 "cores".

That said, neither card you linked is particularly high performance, as they both have memory that is DDR3 based. Modern, high performance video cards use GDDR5 for memory.

I want to upgrade my 7300gt so I can play Devil may cry 4 in high resolution. I have a silent pc with a fanless psu the problem is that the psu is only 350w so I need a low power card with no additional power and I don't want to add another noisy fan so my choice went for one of this cards cause I thing that they are as far as I can go but I'm open to suggestions
 
I'm just going to point out the elephant in the room and go ahead and say that allowing for fans will allow for much higher powered cards which will allow for you to easily upgrade to a card that can handle your desired application.
