Okay I have about $800 - $1000 for a new system and I need some advice.....

I'm looking at getting a new CPU, motherboard, ram, vid card, case and power supply. maybe a hard drive too i dunno.

Its going to be a gaming machine. What kind of stuff should I get? Thanks in advance...

I'm pretty set on getting an Athlon 64 3500 now that the price dropped so much. Not sure whether i should go w/ nvidia or ati vid card though.
