The following are VERY rough sketches of where I'm going to try and lay out my watercooling loop. I've listed the pros that I can see below each one, but I'd like to know what you all think. Both hit the components in the same order, so it's just a matter of where I put them.

#1

- I get to use an Aquatube reservoir
- Intake radiator = cooler air

#2

- Innovatek attached reservoir makes it easier to fill
- Can use a double radiator if I want to

# 2 would be best as you will have constant water feeding your pump from the res. + your water is cooled by the rad before it hits the cpu then to your gpu...

i'm a lil biased since I'm running the same loop, but w/ a T-line instead

remember you will have to fill and refill the system on a regular basis. So positioning any "wet" part in the powersupply compartment seems like a "less prudent" idea. I'd go with 1, but placing the reservoir in the lower left corner, leaving the cpu block as your highest point.

Well the main point is the one you left out! What CPU and GPU are you planning on cooling?

But I would opt for #1 as it leaves you with room to put a 160 where those purple plastic pieces are on left side of the case. :D If you are careful with your Aquatube placement you could also maybe fit a 240 or 120 up in the top as well.

Either layout will give me fast access to fill the case, and I can put a T-line pretty much anywhere for bleeding purposes. I'd need to check whether the res would fit between the GPU and the side of the case, but that's not a bad idea either. Let's call that one option #3.

Athlon64 3000+ overclocked to something, and 6600GT non-overclocked. The fan is just too loud.

I thought of the 160, but I want to try and keep the noise down so I'd prefer 120mm fans over 80mms unless I get super-quiet ones. If I can, though, I probably would try to put a 160 there and keep that extra drive cage around for later. And I definitely don't need two radiators, so that's not a problem.
