A little help. Okay my aunt wants me to build a new computer the problem is I can't choose between which socket platform.. 754 or 939. All she does is office documents, patients info, and burn them too dvd. Which would be the best choice and also will a antec 350w(it comes with the antec case) be enough?

or Hell, should I just give her my extra amd barton 2500 which isn't even a month old and buy her a new mobo with some good ram and o/c it to about 3000+ specs? Thanks in advance!
