Help Changing User Name and Organization information - Windows Vista Home Premium

My brother just put Windows Vista Home Premium on his lappy. He did a fresh install since he didn't have anything worth saving. During the install it only asks for your "username" / login name. It never asked for anything else. He likes to have his full name stored so that programs like MS Office and stuff automatically detect and fill out their installation information correctly.

I've steered clear of Vista, so I'm a bit of a n00b on this particular issue. How is this done in Home Premium since the "User Accounts Management" plugin for MMC does not appear to be available under Home Premium.
