Help changing the orientation of my case...

I want my windowed case and the components inside to look to the right instead of the left as most cases do (all i think....)

to change the window would be easy since i could just flip it but how do you change the mobo...

I guess the only problems is the cases back panel...

has anyone done this, does anyone know how to?
