Help!! Cant stop Screaching SOUND!!

OK.. heres the problem. I get this screaching sound whenever i download a song from Kazaa and play it. Most of the song is understandable but some parts of it theres this annoying screaching sound which is unbearable. This only happens to certain songs. I have no problem with the others. Please reply if you know how to fix this. Thank you.
 
That's the RIAA screwing up the files most likely. There's no way to fix them, you have to redownload them. I'm not sure if winamp has fixed the problem yet, I know the kazaa player probably hasn't, but foobar just plays silence when that happens instead of the screach.
