I'm building a PC, right now, I'm just gathering all the parts.
Are all the parts compatible?
Any Suggestions?
My price range is around 1400.

The only change from the first list is the case, monitor, and ram.
 
I got my wife an Orion 19" last year - GREAT monitor for the price, or even for more. Sharp, clear, good contrast and color saturation. No problems. I was lucky, they had just shown up on Newegg, and were 150.00 - I snapped it up. a month later, they were 175.00 :) It was a different model than this one.

Unless you're hurting for space, go glass, IMO.

No matter how many LCDs I look at, I am always disappointed at the image quality in relation to a glass monitor. They're looking better and better, but there's still no doubt in my mind that CRT's are better.

Use the money you save and get real speakers. :)

I have these and am very happy with them.

OS - get tighter timed memory for that Athlon64 if your budget will allow it.
