Help! Bootmgr is missing

[Chintastic]

i used diskeeper to defrag my boot files. The next day, i start up my computer, and an error comes up. "Bootmgr is missing press ctrl+alt+delete to restart" When i get to the system recovery manager, there arent any operating systems to choose from, so i just pressed "next". So ther problem is, i cant boot my computer. because it cant find bootmgr
Fixes ive triedut in my vista x64 OEM copy
>Start up repair> Says,"Results:failed
>System restore>Says i cna't perform an offline something.. So that didnt work
>Some commands in the command prompt that failed...
Any ideas?
