i have a 3.2 ghz processor, but right now its at like 2.1 or something becasue the FSB is at 133mhz..

what should the FSB be set at?
also, are there any other numerical values i must enter in? i don't want to do something wrong and screw anything up.

basically what should everything be set at in the BIOS for my card to actually run at its 3.2 ghz speed?

~2100/133 = ~15.79 (multiplier)
3200/~15.79 = 202.66 (fsb)

The fsb is supposed to run at 200MHz.

3.2 processors have a multiplier of 16

so 200FSb x 16 = 3200
or 133FSB x 16 = 2128

You probably have an i845 chipset motherboard that doesnt support the 200FSB.

Computer details?
motherboard, ram, (brand, if its like a Dell), etc...

What CPU was in there before?

If you can manual set FSB try setting it higher than 133. If you have ram that isnt PC3200 you'll need to change your memory ratio to run ram slower than FSB.

If you have PC3200 try setting FSB to 200. However, if you have an i845 mobo the mobo might not be able to handle 200FSB, it will probably max out at like 180
