Help ASAP- Resetting my refresh rate

I was messing around with my refresh rate trying to get over 60hz, so i placed it on 70hz and screen turned black and monitor saying out of range and I was waiting 15 seconds for it to turn back to normal but I didnt come back to how its supposed to. Now im in safe mode, any way to fix it through the registry?
I got the 9800pro 128.
 
no need to help me anymore, I found an article online and forgot to backup my registry now and now im screwed :( It was also time to format anyways.
