Help! Accidental Quick Format

So I was installing my new Seagate drive today, and decided to follow its instructions. This worked fine until I let it partition my new hard drive, where the program included on the disc decided to do a quick format (I am guessing) on my Raid set (shows up as unpartitioned E drive now). :mad:

How can I recover my data?

How busted does an array have to be for this to not work? I had a 5drive raid3 setup. My controller reported a single drive dropping out, and when I shut down to check my cabling and rebooted it reported 5 unassigned drives instead of a degraded array and a replacement. I'm still waiting for any response from the card maker, if I don't get anything from them would rebuilding the array and using this tool be able to recover any of my data?
