What is the max temp I should be running my a64 3200 90nm at?....
and what should I use to monitor temp's?

Specs...(watercooled)
MSI K8N Neo2 platinum (all bios versions are reporting about the same temp, v1.36 and up)
44c idle / ( 49c load in motherboard bios as fast as I can switch over to it after benchmarking.)

MM5 = 39c idle (47c load)
SiSoft = 39c idle (49c load)
Koolance diode = 48c idle (53c load) (after adjusting for +14c for diode in koolance specs)

What should i rely on? and what is a safe temp?

Processor is at 270 x 10 (1/1) @ 1.65 volts
6800u video card is also water cooled @ 1.525 volts in bios (1.6volts on motherboard)
= 161/1.22

temps for the the vid card are actually below stock in coolbits

any help is greatly appreciated

thanks

hey, i a running my ahlon 64 at 56c load... heheh it's pretty safe where you're at.. i wouldn't worry.. and i am not sure which program is more reliable though.. i use motherboard mon. myself....

THANKS for the info,

2 1/2 hours of cs source and i'm about 54c accoring to koolance (+14c)

everything is fine ( i just hope i'm not destroying my processor)

ow well (maybe an fx55 is in my future:))

edit: is mutitasking causing a problem or is it strictly volts and over clocking? ( I have about 4 windows open while playin cs source)

volts and gaming and overclocking causing it to go that high...
