I just got my order from voyeurmods. This is my first custom setup for water cooling, so I need some help finding whats wrong. Here's the parts list.

DD TDX, Thermochill PA160, Eheim 1250, tline instead of res, and 1/2" clearflex tubing.

I'm having trouble bleeding the system. It never finishes. The water level in the tline seems to fluctuate, and the pump return line is almost completely filled with air. Shaking, tilting, and beating the damn thing don't make a difference.

Here's a pic of the setup, you can see the half-full line pretty clearly...

I blame voyeurmods. The bastards sent me an Eheim pump with 1 1/2"ID fitting (on the top) and one bigger fitting on the side. I have no idea what size it is, all I know is the 1/2" ID tube barely fits onto it. Is this my problem or is it something else?

Anyone else ever get used equipment from voyeurmods? I'm pretty sure this pump is used, as the box is mangled and all the parts were just thrown in. The PCI relay (Criticool III) didn't come with an adapter to plug into the PS cable and it didn't come with a manual. To top things off the PA160 is dinged up pretty bad. The shipping packaging was top notch, but the merchandise inside was piss poor.

After you run the pump refil the line (you do have an air trap/refil port/bleed, right?).

Eventually you'll fill the loop and it'll be all good.

To get the last of the air bubbles trapped in the air trap keep tipping the case fore and back, left and right, etc. That'll work everything out.

And no... voyeurmods is a great company.

I'm looking at your picture, and I dont see your t-line anywhere. I would suggest putting it in right before your pump. That way its easy to supply your pump with water as you are filling it so it doesn't overheat.
