Help, 5:4 FSB:RAM won't work

I have a 2.4 P4-C, Abit IS-7, and OCZ PC3700 Gold 2x256 ram. It will run at 233Mhz at 1:1 perfectly fine, but as soon as make it 5:4 or even 3:2 it will not run. No matter if the FSB is at 200, ram timings at 3-8-4-4, core voltage at 1.6v, and vdimm at 2.8v.

I am thinking the ram is causing this, but not quite sure. Any ideas?
 
It could be the RAM, or a board that doesn't handle dividers. If you have another set of RAM, you could try it with a divider and see what happens.
 
Set the SPD manually.
2.5/4/4/7

It runs CAS3 by default but at such low speeds on a 5:4, setting to cas2.5 will prolly sort it out.
 
set your ram latencies manually to the rated settings, and set the GAT to auto-normal-auto-disable-disable. my ram doesnt like running with dividers when the gat is set to different settings.
