When I run 3dmark03 my screen blacks out during the cpu tests, and I get poor fps for them, it blacks out right after the last game tests, and then the image comes back for the fill rates, help.
 
I could be way off but you might want to raise your voltage a tad. See if this helps any.
 
I'm using the forceware 61.34, and the test worked fine earlier, I'll try to toy around with a few things.
 
aim a fan at it, or take the side off of your case to see if it is cooling...
 
turns out it was the drivers, and I liked the 61.34 alot better than the .40, since they don't quite work right in farcry, and I seem to be better able to oc with them.
