I sent a message to the heatware staff, and I'm pretty sure there isn't one, but I was just wondering if stuff "falls off" after so long? I have some negs from back in 2003 which I have to explain EVERY time I do a transaction.

I mean, even stuff falls off your credit report after 7 years. :p

Cliffs on negs:
Let friend use my account
Friend tried to scam a bunch of people
Friend disappeared and I got popped.

Nope you are stuck with it. That is a good reason not to let anyone use your heatware.

well if you dont have a ton of heat, then it might be worth it to make a new account and start over at zero. you might have to start shipping first etc but you'll get a completely spotless trading record from here on out. make sure to erase the old heatware if you do that so that you dont have 2 accounts. thats also a huge red flag. :)

If someone had posted an eval that was not in relation to a deal, or if someone had posted a neg as revenge, you could contact heatware and they would most likely remove it.

However, since these eval's are for trades that were done on your account, with your permission, the above scenarios do not apply.

When you put your reputation on the line for someone else, you must be willing to accept all the consequences .

anyway, you have your answer so I will close this to save you from anymore lectures..)
