I'm getting a new computer soon, and I was wondering what heatsink do you guys think I should get for a athlon 64 2800+.

I was talking to my friend about it today and he recommended a zalman
CNPS7000B-Cu, has anyone ever had one and know if they are any good?

Those are great heatsinks. Swiftech makes a nice big one that would probably perform the best. If you can find a ThermalRight that will fit they make really good heatsinks as well.

theres a gigabyte 3d-cooler ultra thing that I hear is pretty good. I was considering one for an OC i want to eventually carry out........they're expensive thoguh.........

get the alcu... the preformance diff between them is minimal and the alcu is both cheeper and lighter
