Ok i half started building my build a couple days ago and now i want to start all back over so i can do a better job with wiring and so forth,I already put my 3600 brisbane in the socket and applied the as5 with the rosewill z3,And i was wondering how i could take it off and how would i clean it and reinstall it perfectly.

Just take the heatsink off the CPU. You may have to twist it back and forth a little (a little!) while pulling it off. Remove the CPU also. Clean the thermal compound off the HS and CPU with Isopropyl Alcohol (from any drugstore/supermarket - try and get some that is at least 70% alcohol). Do not use any cleaners that will leave a residue. Use the IPA and coffee filters (they're lint free) to clean off all the old thermal paste. Try not to get any thermal paste on the CPU pins.

Apply new paste following these directions:
http://www.arcticsilver.com/pdf/appinstruct/as5/ins_as5_amd_dual_wcap.pdf

And now that you've been through it, I'm sure your wiring job will be much better this time around. Just take your time and be neat.

You could use q-tips if needed, but be sure to get all the lint off the surface before applying the new TIM. You can get 90% Isopropyl alcohol at Target.

i got some alchohol that my sis uses to to clean off finger nail polish in the bathroom,it saids its 92% is that to much or is that pretty good.

The higher the better... make sure its isopropyl rubbing alcohol though... you don't want something that will leave a residue or eat the metal.

No! That's real BAD. The other 8% are oils to keep the acetone in the nailpolish remover from drying out her skin. You'd be hard pressed to find something worse.

well its a lil late already used it to get the as5 off and then took coffee filter to get rid of lent and dry it off, also i did it while the processor was still in the socket cus it was to tight for me to get it out so i didn't want to hurt it.

I'd let your motherboard sit out now for atleast 24 hours, and make sure that all the alcohol is dry incase some got inbetween the chip and the socket. Just to be safe
