Should I remove the little square of white stuff from my heatsink? There is a sticker saying to but im not really sure?

If there is plastic on the bottom of the heatink your suppose to peel that off first. What is under the plastic is prolly a thermal material, so you wont have to add paste.

If there is just metal under the plastic when you remove it, you will need to add some kind of thermal paste.

right to it was refering to the plastic... i took off the white stuff and put on thermal paste so i gues it doesnt realy matter
