whats the best socket a heatsink that just clips on with those 3 little stubs on the socket and does not require any special mounting except for maybe the fan.

If I'm interpreting your question properly, and assuming the T-Bred in your sig is the processor you'll be using it with, I'd recommend the Thermalright SLK900A - a huge chunk of coppery goodness. It's pretty heavy, so you'd need to be careful about transporting your box, but you should achieve great air cooling. The fan mounts with two thin wires so as not to obstruct airflow.

Check here at the Egg.

I use a low speed panaflo (panasonic, also at newegg) with an SP97 and have been very pleased - no noise, not optimal cooling, but more than sufficient. Basically, if you're doing minimal overclocking, you don't need a delta. Maybe the medium-speed panaflo.

so any 80 mm case fan will do, i heard i should use 92 mm for that heatsink:confused:, and i wanna do some heavy overclocking once i get a new proc

It really depends on how much noise you can tolerate. If you want a really quite pc, get one of those Enermax adjustables. At the lowest RPM setting, they only have something 20dba and push a lot of air. If you don't mind noise whatsoever, I would recommend the Vantec Tornado.

Eli

Just to add an addendum: after owning various 80mm and 120mm Enermax adjustables, I have found the panaflo to be quieter, although the CFM may be lower...but if you're feeling ballsy, go for that Tornado :) I hear it's a bit loud.
