Heatsink Problem... HELP!

Ok, i have an Abit KV8 MoBo, and an AMD 64 3200+ with an Thermaltake Polo 735
My problem is, i can not get the screw's tight enough on the mobo so the heatsink will not stop sliding around.. any ideas
:confused:
If someone can tell me how to post pictures, i have a few pics of the mobo/heatsink for a better look at it

Yes, and no matter how tight i get them, the heatsink slides back and fourth...

Ok, went to the website and checked out the heatsink, come to find out that i dont need the black middle part which i thought i did, all together and not going anywhere.. :D
