Is the heatsink/fan on the BFG 6800GT OC much better than the standard GT card?

I am asking because the picture here has a heatsink on it with 2 fans.

Oh, and at the time of writing these cards were in stock!
 
Actually I think the stock cooler on the reference design of the 6800GT is quite good. NVidia knows how much heat this baby puts out and they would be idiots not to design the hsf accordingly.
 
the heatsink in the picture does not say 6800 GT

it kinda looks like a photochop too :)
