heatpipe on hercules 9800xt

i have a hercules 9800xt and would really like to strap on a Zalman ZM80C-HP seen here http://www.zalman.co.kr/english/product/ZM80C-HP.htm. how difficult would this be. ive heard that trying to remove the current heatsinks from the vid card is very hard and comes with a high risk of damage.
