Heating problem AGAIN

I posted the other day about my fan dying off and processor heating up to 161 F. well i cleaned out the case and added some hobby oil to the fan bearing and it worked perfectly after that for about a day...fast forward to last night and the fan stopped working again and my MBM fan rpm readout was on a solid 0 even though the fan was still turning, albeit slowly...what's the problem here?
 
Yeah man your gonna fry your CPU running it for that long on that HSF. Get a new one to be sure.
 
Just get a new one, they are not that expensive.
