The wife came into the study and said it was warm in the room.

I handed here an IR term and told her to check.

Study:82
Hallway outside Study: 76
Living room:72
Kitchen:68

Guess what room is the farthest away from the study :D

:D The KITCHEN! Is she making you a sandwich now?

HA! he can feed himself! besides, he makes a MUCH better sandwich...i supply the baked goods (chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin pie, oreo truffles, etc) AND THE BEER (for those who vote my husband Hard DC-er of the Year!)

I'm in for a sammich AND a beer.

Phew.. glad I found this thread before it's all gone.

man id take a 68F any day.. my room with 3 boxes and 2 laptops and the door open sits around 60F.. if i close the door.. the temp sky rockets to about 95F within 10-20 minutes though.. living room outside of mine is around 55F.. upstairs its usually about 70F though..

Once I hit 76 F in my main folding room, basement, I starting moving boxen into the
garage. I moved 4 machines out there, 45 F, definitely helped keeping the GPUs cool.
Now basement is back to 67-68 F which is more in my comfort zone.

I have this happen too in my apartment.
My Computer room will be very warm and the living room on the cool side.
I usually have to keep my window open to cool the computer room down.
The plus side is we have not ran the heater all at this year.

Really looking forward to having my server room in the house next year.

Digital_exhaust has been handing out free beers AND tamales all year long. You're going to have to do better than that to get votes. :D

The mere fact that Kendrak's Wife is on the forum and posts with the Horde has got to be worth something for DC of the Year... :D

DE's tamales are as real as Kendrak's sammiches, the point of the comment. Real candidates don't make empty promises. I'm alan2308 and I approve this message.

Paid for by the committee to elect alan2308.

It's 6 outside, The study is 73.

Who wants to guess what the kitchen is?

-13F this morning. I'm going to stay in my office today and curl up to some boxen.
