Heat resistant paint?

Hey guys i was wondering, im about to paint the inside of my case and i was thinking about a confliction but couldnt come up with an answer. Black has the properties to attract heat, but if its heat resistant does ANY heat build up at all? I know "resistant" doesnt mean it blocks all the heat but i just want to know if anyone has had any experience with this paint on the inside of the case?
 
IMHO this effect is so small, that you can ignore it. Even for black car on direct sun it takes a lot of time to heat up too much.

By the way, read this :

Black colour absorbs AND emits heat faster. If the air in the room is warmer than the
temperature of the wall, heat is absorbed into the wall faster than if the wall were
white. If it is the wall that is warmer, heat is emitted from the wall faster than if
the wall were white. This is why the inside of a thermos is either very shiny or very
white. Hot things stay hot and cold things stay cold.
