Heat problem

i have a pretty bad heat problem.. i didnt have this problem last year and since last year ive gotten a new videocard and a new case.. specs are a P4 2.66 oc'd 3.0 (has been ever since i got it) and a Thermaltake P4 Spark 7+ (or something for heatsink) and videocard ati x800 pro a 120 maxtor hard drive. a 550w powersupply with 2 fans in it. other thins in it are 2 cd drives, a sound card. as far as fangs go i have 2 in the front taking air in. 1 in the back taking air out and 1 on top taking out and 1 on the side taking air in. all the other rooms in my house are very cool we have the AC on and i have a celing fan in my room. but my case is at 86*F and the cpu not under much load ( just posting this and listening to music) is running at 104*F but 10mins ago before i ate dinner my cpu 129*F and case at 91*F i dont know what the problem is..
