heat dissipation of 9700Pro

hi again, I posted a similar question in the nVidia forum, this time im trying to investigate the heat dissipation (in watts) for a 9700Pro GPU. Any help would be appreciated. There isn't much data online for this kinda stuff.

well i don't think of my self as being "google challenged" but finding this info is a serious pain in the but.

i read somewhere that the GPU dissipates around 30W of heat... is this right? i mean 30W seems pretty low for a card of this type.
