Well, if you live in Western Canada anyway, Click on the .pdf flyer in the below link and look at the Vista prices. This is retail and not OEM as far as I can tell. Doesn't say OEM anyway. Valid only until the 24th.

Upgrades though
Still a nice price though..

Upgrades work exactly the same as full version and you can make Vista upgrade from it's own demo mode so there is no advantage to paying full price over upgrade price. Just takes a bit longer to install.
