I need to order two pairs of speakers (2.0) and two pairs of headphones. Are there any headphones out there that are targeted at gamers?

In what way? Do mean are a headset(have a mic)? Or are you looking for something with some good imaging so you can tell where everyone is.
The only ones, other than headsets, that I can think of being targeted at gamers are the 5.1crapphones.
 
Well if you're looking for the ~30 dollar range, I have a pair of Sennheiser HD-202's and they're awesome. Especially nice for gaming, I think, since they have very solid bass response. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a nice pair of Sennheiser's without spending a ton of money.
