This and this...

or

One of these...

Not looking for studio quality sound, just decent sound.

Take your pick, if you have more suggestions, PLEASE attempt to keep them around that range...

the 710 is known for it's digital out and the price... that is why many audiophiles will put them in their computer. But they use the digital out and get a high quality external DAC (which your price range can not allow for) So while the card may be good for that purpose I've heard nothing good about the analogue output (which is what you'd use w/ headphones or regular computer speakers
look at something like this instead
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16829102003

Also, the HD202's aren't very good at all... stay away
the hd201's are actually much better (and cheaper)

other good budget headphones

Koss KSC75 or porta pros
Sennheiser PX100
AKG k81dj
Grado sr60
(Although none are really great for gaming...)

You're right. A few people on various places have told me to steer clear of the 202's and grab the 201's.

As for the 710, I have a sony 5.1 reciever that has a digital input, and is out of analog inputs, so, yeah :).
