Headphone Amp Setup??

Two things - one, the PC360 is easy to drive and doesn't really need a headphone amp; and two, the Recon3d already has a built-in headphone amp (according to the Creative literature). So no need for the amp at all. And you don't need the DAC either, because that's what the Recon3D is for, to convert the digital sound to analog for the headphones.

The Recon3D you have, and that DAC/AMP, are two solutions to the same problem.
 
Well that Amp is also a DAC so you'll be shooting yourself in the foot buying a Recon 3D sound card since in order to reap the benefits you would have to directly hook up your PC360's to the Recon 3D sound card. Also your headphones aren't really going to benefit from the Amp you already have , that NuForce is made to drive much more power hungry headphones and the PC360's 50 Ohm requirement is quite small and can be easily driven.

That AMP/DAC is already quite excellent and will easily beat the sound quality coming from a Recon 3D sound card , if you are buying the Recon for surround sound emulation for gaming you'll either have to ditch the NuForce and go with the Recon entirely or you'll have to ditch the NuForce and go with an ASUS STX or ST which has both an excellent quality DAC and headphone amp but it also supports Dolby Headphone well.
