I was wondering if this adaptor will hurt the video image,. I was reading about the ps3 and how it can run on TWO 16:9 HDMI monitors....but who actually has TWO SIDE BY SIDE HDMI monitor..so i was thinking of using my two dell 2405 monitors with this adaptor. I think it should work since the native res on the 2405 is 1920x1200.

any opinions?

HDMI and DVI use the same signal, so all this adapter is doing is discarding the audio pins on the HDMI and rerouting the video signal pins to the correct location on the DVI cable.

You should be fine.

thanks guys that switch will come in handy when ps3 come out, i will need too buy two...and wow that a good price for the adaptor. Looks as if my pc can have its dual 2405's and so can the ps3!

You may as well buy your cables from monoprice as they're low priced + above average quality and they offer quantity discounts.
