I am building a house and had the electrician install a empty conduit so I could run my monitor cables threw the wall.
The issue I am hitting is the conduit is not large enough to run a DVI cable threw.
The only idea I came up with is using a DVI --> HDMI adapter, then using a HDMI --> DVI cable to connect to the monitor.
I tried it on a monitor and it seems to be working fine ...
Is this a good idea to do or will there be some unforeseen problems doing this down the line?
I am open to other suggestions if you have them
