HDMI/Component Switch Question

Hi guys. I'm thinking of investing in a monitor for my laptop. I'm currently looking at the Asus 24 inch that also features an HDMI input. I'd really like to further invest in this screen real estate by plugging things such as my 360 and PS2 to the monitor as well. The thing is, both the 360 and PS2 are component.

My question to you guys is how I can hook these component devices up to that HDMI input as efficiently and most of all cheaply as possible. I am a college student so the cheaper the solution, the better! Thanks!

This one, but that's not really the point. It just has 1 hdmi and I want to know how to get my component devices on it.

You will need an adapter. You can do HDMI to Component converter for the Xbox 360 and maybe a component to vga cable for PS/2. There is also a VGA cable you can use for Xbox 360. I did that with my LCD monitor and it looked pretty good.

Theres more to it behind the Component to VGA. It only works on supported hardware [put lots of info on video cable signal here] which won't work out on the PS2.
