HDD throughput app?

Is there a program out there, similar to a bandwidth monitor that shows the current HDD throughput? I've seen plenty of benchmarking software, but I couldn't find anything that would actually show me a HDD's current transfer rate during normal usage.
 
Performance Monitor can be setup to display just about everything (run>perfmon).
Right click add counter, then select physical disk from the "performance object" drop down.
