As the decription says from your first link, it accepts ATA100/66/33 drives and standard ATX power supplies.
 
It'll support any of the hardrives except the SATA drive. That mobo supports UltraDMA 100/66/33 drives, not serial ata. 4 pieces total (2 per ata cable) ,usually 1or2 hdd's on one, 1or2 optical drives on the other.

Your psu will depend on your case. Micro atx case, micro atx psu.....full atx case, atx psu.
 
Out of the above hard drive, which do you suggest? Also, how can i figure out how high of voltage psu I will need?

You buy a PSU based on watts, not voltage.
 
Sorry, I really know absolutely nothing about hardware and this is my first attempt at building my own computer.
 
350 watt psu should do it......prob less, but prices are good, so you shouldnt have to settle for something small.
 
I'm not sure if wattage has any correlation to size of psu, but I do have some size restrictions due to that fact that this is all going in a toaster oven.
