HDD start and stop ratings

Any ballpark ideas on what current HDDs are rated for as far as the number of starts and stops? I've got my RAID box sleeping the drives when they're not needed, but I'm wondering if the wear and tear may be offsetting any power gains I might see.

I see in my SMART data that start and stop counts are over 1000 already in 6 months, looks like averaging about 6 times a day, but that's higher than a drive I've had in my PC for 2 years. At what point should I be worried? These are Samsung F4s if it matters.

Probably when your total is 50000 like other drives. However I looked this up and it appears that SAMSUNG does not specify stop / start ratings.

Edit:
The best I could find was the F3 and this according to cnet has a 50K stop/start rating.

Ah, cool, thanks. Then I guess I'll keep them sleeping. If they only do say less than 3k a year, I've got plenty of years on them.
