HDD shows up as removable hardware.

My WD1600SD HDD shows up as removable hardware on the task bar. I'm running windows XP x64. Why is it doing that?
 
Indeed. One of the big selling points for SATA, IMO, is the hot-swappable ability. Just be carefull not to accidentally disengage the HDD whiel you're using it. :)
