Anyone used that HDD regenerator program that repairs Bad sectors? Any comments or feedback? Will it hose my machine?

Generally, bad sectors cannot be "repaired". The only thing that any of those prorgams that I am aware of do, is map the sectors as being bad, move the data off of them to another part of the drive, and prevent any data from being written to them in the future.

If you are starting to get a lot of bad sectors, it's a pretty likely that the drive is getting ready to fail in a big way, and should be replaced.

Hey Ice Czar,That site had alot of information ,and I never new about the
