Generally, bad sectors cannot be "repaired". The only thing that any of those prorgams that I am aware of do, is map the sectors as being bad, move the data off of them to another part of the drive, and prevent any data from being written to them in the future.
If you are starting to get a lot of bad sectors, it's a pretty likely that the drive is getting ready to fail in a big way, and should be replaced.
you cannot "repair" bad sectors
you can make their indicator as bad disappear
at your own risk, but they will be relocked again with subsequent data loss
