I have 2 wd2500jb's that appear to have been fried thanks to some malfunction in my psu (though everything else on the same power lead was unaffected). They appear to not be getting any power (I tested the leads and power was suffcient, but I had to buy a new psu anyways since the internal fans didnt work anymore) since they wont spin up. I'm not sure really where to start with a possible recovery of the data. I'd like it of course to be something as simple as just replacing the board and such on the drive but I really have no idea where to start.
