HDD RAID crash HELP PLEASE

i have 2x250 seagate barracuda 7200.10 in raid 0 partition c: 75gb and e: 390gb
today i was on internet and computer just restarted himself for no reason.

after restart shock started. c: (with system) working, but e: is gone with all data.

i can see e: in management properties , but only RAW hdd and i dont wana format this hdd.
my data are still in there ...........but how i can dig them up. some data recovery software or some other way pleasssssssseeeeeeeeee helllllllpppppp

i have no idea what happened. can somebody give me any advice. thank you very much for any help.....................
