I was wondering if there was such a tool you can use to do diagnostic work on an end users PC over the network other than remote logging into their PCs.
 
Depends what you want to do, and if it has to be free.
Are you talking about actual hard drive tools like scandisk, or surface checks like SeaTools? Or general system troubleshooting?

PS - Win 7 32 bit? You running a lot of netbooks?
 
Well how bout this, is there a command such as \\PC Servicetag\c$ that will let me see the users hdd icon to run defrag tools?.
