Im OC my current RIG right now, i dont have any problem reaching 4GHz, but going up a little more like 4.1Ghz+ my rig wont boot but instead it hangs, WHY? what i know is its shuts down if it becomes unstable, but this one just hangs, do you think my HDD is going 6' under or what. THANKS

HDD limiting OC???

Could be a number of things. SATA drives can be scrambled when running high bus frequencies. You may be PSU limited. The chip may not have any more MHz in it.
if you are using the SATA ports integrated into your southbridge, they may limit your OC. But that's the only thing, other than the added burden on your PSU, that is even remotely sotrage related and limits OC potential. You're better off asking this question in Overclocking and Cooling than here.
