HDD gone after Vista Home install..WTF?

Not sure if you guys remember the issues I was having with a virus a few weeks ago. At any rate, I finally got tired of chasing it, deleting crap then chasing it some more.

I ended up installing Vista Home and the virus issue is now gone, wipe-n-reload helped a lot.

But now I've noticed one of my HDDs is gone. Missing, no longer there.

Its the same rig in my sig. I have the 200 gig HDD, its the one Vista is installed on. The 300 gig that I have in my sig is gone.

How do I go about getting Vista to see that drive?

in start menu right click computer choose manage. under storage you will see disk management. does it list the drive there? if so do what it says when you select it. if not check your bios make sure its being recognized.

That's a good question, give me a second to fire up the other rig and see what's what.

Weird, last night it wasn't showing them. Now it is, odd. But then again, I was so impressed with how pretty Vista is I may not have really been paying attention until you pointed it out. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
