Hi everyone

I have a quick question.

Is there such a thing as a HDD Enclosure (3.5") with the ability to turn off automatically with the computer shutdown?

Yes, many LaCie models do this over Firewire. I've got a LaCie Big Disk 500GB here connected to a G4 via FW800 and it shuts down when the machine shuts down and turns back on when the machine turns on.

Thanks for the reply.

But i see these are external hard drives. What i want to do was that i have an internal hard drive and i want to use this hard drive as external HDD by using an external ENCLOSURE.
