HDD Bad?

Hello, is this HDD going bad? I recorded it in operation with the sound its making

sounds like drive activity to me. i can hear mine from 8-9' away...
check it with hd tune

Just sounds like something is constantly reading/writing to the drives, so the write heads are thrashing and making constant noise. I would check task manager at least to see what processes are using the disk and investigate from there.
