HD6950 Crossfire AWFUL Performance!

System specs as follows

Clarkdale i3 @ 4GHz HT On
MSI P55 GD80
4GB Corsair DDR3 1333
128GB M4 SSD
Windows 7
Antec TPN 550W
3 X 21..5" Eyefinity 5760 x 1080 (benches mostly being run at 1080p)
2 x HD6950 2GB VTX3D (One is reference, other is not) - both at x8 2.0

They are pulling 25k gpu score in vantage performance mode? :s
47FPS Avg very high no aa crysis @ 1080p -.-
In game their is like hardly any fps increase

The only bench that worked was 3d mark 11 which got 9k gpu score

I have swapped the cables, and cfx bridge, still no luck


Any help would be much appreciated

you need to swap out your i3 cpu for an i5/i7 quad core. why would you run a crossfire, eyefinity setup with a dual core cpu?

Majority of games use dual core still
This i3 can run at 4.7Ghz

Also, even when i had my i3, with 2 5850s (one was at x4)

I still pulled 60fps in the crysis benchmark....

Also used to get 60fps avg with 2 5850s and a i3, so cant be a bottleneck

K just tried 4.7Ghz

Vantage score went to 31k
Crysis avg to 58

Damn lol, thnx for all the help guys

Will leave it at 4.5Ghz for now, and upgrade to sb when i can afford it
